We're delighted to announce the competition winners of this year's Darklight movie-making challenge 'Free Your Film' run in association with Sony Ericsson.
We received a huge response to our competition, and the standard of entries was extremely high. After much deliberation we decided to increase the number of budgets awarded, - instead of awarding 3 projects budget to produce a short – we’re funding 4 shorts films, providing them with €3000 each! A very big Congratulations to the winners: Carmel Callan, David Freyne, Jessie Ward, Shane Maher & Anthony Fitzsimons. The films will be screened as part of Darklight Festival, on the 28th October 2010 at the Darklight Festival launch Party in the Grand Social.
