An open call for submissions for the world's finest original GIFs ended in a deluge for the Darklight mailbox. We'll be screening our pick of thew bunch across venues including Block T and the Bernard Shaw - and our panel of judges will be choosing a top 3 for the Darklight Awards.
This year at Darklight we received an overwhelming response to our GIFted competition call out - from South America to Asia, from Europe to North America and from Ireland to Great Britain, artists from around the world made and sent us their work. We thank you for your contribution.
Here at Darklight Towers we have been hugely impressed both by the overall standard and creativity shown in the GIFs we received and we hope that this is just another step on your artistic paths. So, once more, we would like to say a very big "thank you!" to everyone who submitted to this year's GIFted competition; we will be following all your work very closely in the future.
