GIFted: Call for Submissions

Darklight Festival is looking for the GIFs that keep on giving. We are inviting creators to submit their own original animated GIF artworks for consideration for screening during Darklight Festival’s 2014 edition. A shortlist of selected original works will be showcased at a special screening, and the winner will be announced at the Darklight Party, Saturday 26 April.
To submit your original animated GIF for consideration in this competition, please send the file as an attachment to gifted.reboot@gmail.com with the subject line ‘GIFted’. Please include your name, short biography and country of residence with this submission. If your GIF is too large to send via email, please send via wetransfer.com or yousendit.com. The submitted GIF must be your own creation.
The deadline for submissions is Wednesday 12 March, 6pm. Shortlisted GIFs will be screened at Darklight Festival 24 – 27 April 2014. For further enquiries, please contact Darklight at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
